AOI UCL-03 Close-up Lens

Has anyone ever tried it?
I read that it has a 90° FOV but nothing more. As with their wide angle sibling they don't give full information.
Does anyone know the focus range?

According to Backscatter.com the focus range is from 40mm to 78mm.
