The total bill for an adapter (if you can get the 34.7mm version) ext ring, 140mm dome 8-15 lens (new),  Metabones and zoom gear would be $USD4737 with current prices. 

I found the thread with what's needed on Isotta to house an 8-15 on m43 - 40mm ext with gear, 3546 zoom gear, 20mm extension, 4.5"crystal dome and lens/adapter, adds up to $USD2844, quite a bit cheaper and all using their standard B102 extensions.
