Hi all,

Does anyone know how to contact Subal support in Austria? I need to order some parts for repair that aren't listed on their site, but multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. 
I've done this previously without much issue, and just wondering if others have encountered issues recently.

Like you, not much of an issue until the last couple of weeks.  Can you post how you get on, please?

Update:

 

Harald got back to me and parts are en route. Not sure what the delay was but all sorted now.
