Eric Cheng Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 Hi, everyone. I've been out of the industry for a long time--glad to see WaterPixels launch! I was an underwater photographer for years and built Wetpixel (long story filled with mostly good stories--I haven't been part of the brand for many years and have been sad to read about its current path). I have a very old portfolio over at http://echengphoto.com. 9 1

Chris Ross Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 Hi Eric, good hearing from you. The aim is to get back to what Wetpixel offered and I'm pleased so many WP people have come across. Thanks of course for setting it up in the first place! 2
TimG Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 Totally agree with Chris and Rich. Really good to have you here, Eric. 2
Davide DB Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 Hi Eric, When I joined WP you were still in charge of operations. It's been a long time! It's good to have you back. 3
ianmarsh Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 Hi Eric, I watched the Tiger Beach/Jim Abernathy Netflix episode on "Tales By Light" again recently, and it reminded me of what a vibrant community Wetpixel was, and how far it had fallen. When you mentioned your early adoption of digital imaging underwater, it reminded me how many of us stand on your shoulders looking forward. Welcome aboard WaterPixels! Ian 3
