Just got back from Komodo.

1st trip with the Nauticam WWL wide angle lens. Performed very well. Unfortunately, I was using auto wihte balance during the manta dive. Never again.

Wow Ron nice video, bummer on the auto white balance but you captured some nice scenes. The Komodo dragon at the end was classic I was worried he was going to eat your camera!!! Kelly and I will be in Raja Ampat in December.

What boat are you going on ? Raja is our favorite place so far, so we booked a return visit for January.

We were on Scubaspa August 19-26

How was the visibility on your trip ? We generally had murky viz.

We will be on the Coralia Dua for 10 days starting on December 4th. Our first time to Raja Ampat - so excited. We'll be diving Misool and Dampier Strait. It would be great to see you again on a future dive adventure!

we were first week of september

I thought the vis was ok but not stellar

lot of backscatter in photos- but possibly poor technique as well

Coralia looks great. We tried to get on it, but seems they book up with charters in advance.

I think you will enjoy Raja in comparison to the Caribbean.

I was setup for wide angle, so I enjoyed the manta dives. We had a good trip, but I do think we enjoyed Raja Ampat more in comparison.
