Will the combination of nauticam MFO-3 and Marelux macro system affect the image quality

I use Marelux R5 and RF100, and as far as I know, the macro lens length of Marelux and Nauticum macro dome is different. Therefore, will the image quality be affected when marelux macro dome port combined with MFO-3 wet lens? （I have no experience using wet lenses）
