  1. Thank you I didn't know this site...
  2. Hi @Kristin You can try to write at [email protected] I like this product. Miso changed the model made improvement over the years. You can buy in on-line shops like VIVID LEAK SENTINEL V6 XD - Plongimage.com or order directly over mail and pay with Wise . I ordered a new one to have a backup.... just in case then I breaked a cable (old model) I fixed the problem but I prefer to have a backup Normally I 'll receive it in the next days. I can publish some pictures when I got it, if you want
  3. You can also change the valve for a new one... I've good experience with the sentinel from Vivid. Small and not to expensive
  4. That's why it is important to dive a lot in fresh water beetween diving trip in salt water .... (cold water is also better for removing the salt .. 🤣 🤪)
  5. Thank you @ChipBPhoto for your "real life return of experience" That help me a lot .... to save some money :)
  6. I read that the "theoritical" working distance and d.o.f. is "better" but how is it in the real life?
  7. @hedonist222 My question is: What is the benefit of the SMC-3 compared to the SMC-1. 1) lighter that's ok 2) how is the working distanceimprovement?
  8. Hi @Tino Dietsche I'm using on a flipx3 like you the MFO-1 (Happy with it) a MFO-3 (Happy for but didn't use it a lot for the moment) and as third lense i'm using the SMC-1 I'm looking like you some information about the smc-3 then the SMC-1 is alone without a dive guide "difficult" to use I really need some information before I replace the smc-1 with the smc-3. Thank you for the post. :)
  9. Thank you for this modification of the config.
  10. I searched but it seems that the member can't change the country. @Moderator How to change th country?

  12. 13. More or less every time I start my trip from Zurich airport... they have very strict rules... it is CH... I travel with 2 box of 16 AA 1 box of 6x32650 small box of 6 AAA and the drone with 3 batteries. I try now to separate the boxes in different backpack to avoid to have all in one and with that avoid "to much questions"
  14. Nice box.... but for sure in Zurich / CH you will have some problems at the security check... that is to many batterie ... the rules are strict.... 2 x 16 AA bat... is allready to much for a person. I was lucky to be with my wife I gave him one set... other wise ... :(
  15. Thank you.
  16. It is a problem or not... I don't know but a firmaware update should solve this "problem"
  17. Hi @pdxDiver Thanks for this nice travel report and also nice photo. Hugues
  18. Hi @Oskar - Retra UWT I'm on a diving trip... again I didn't turn my Retra Max II of back in the room. Ok it's my fault but to old Pro X had the green or other color on it was evident that the strobes are not off. --> again the next day.... batteries empty. Please give the information to the developer of the firmeware.... The strobe need to Beep or what ever if on more than 30 min for exemple without made a flash. It is realy the only one problem I see with the new Max II Batterie life is so much better in comparaison of the Pro X.
  19. This point is for me the key point. Only 1 adjustment --> less pictures to delete... etc etc... and a lot of more time under water for other subject or for the composition of the picture. I can't compare with other strobes...my first was the inon s2000 small but not powerfull. I had the retra Pro X and now the Pro Max II. The new one are better I'm still shooting some picture in Philippines... first impression "No regret" having invest again in Retra strobe. Honnestly I didn't shoot in full power.. but I like to have some reserve power ... just in case. But for the moment no need and with the particle in the water there is just impossible. But in all case thanks @jjmochi for your feedback
  20. Macro is dangerous..it's an addiction ☠️ 🙃🤣
  21. +1 for me I was 2 times in Dauin and for me APO wide angle (macro also, but to change a little bit from macros ;) ) for the coast in Dauin macro macro and macro
  22. Thank you for this picture. It is the confirmation that the choice of buying the new retra max II was to good choice... the other strobe are so huge in compareason of the retra..
